Oversee daily operations of DERBI Lab, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to SOPs. Manage and maintain biomedical and electronic equipment, troubleshoot and repair as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Lead innovation initiatives, organize training sessions, and ensure lab users are properly trained in equipment usage and safety protocols.
